The First Day

You know when you have that funny feeling in your stomach on the first day? And you feel like you'll never have any friends? Well don't worry, you're not alone.
When I first started school, I didn't have any friends. I sat alone at lunch, and I had no one to talk to. But one day I met this girl named Maddie on my way to lunch. She seemed kind and friendly. She shared some of her chips with me and before you know it, we were friends for life! So, you see, it's not that hard making friends. All you have to do is say hello!
